Meet the Team

José de Heer and Majka Goos-Roerink are accredited members of the International Coach Federation and the European Association for Communication in Healthcare, with more than 20 years’ combined experience in professional training. José and Majka founded the SHIFT programme when they saw a niche for effective communication programmes in the UAE – and filled it with their passion and skill to empower teams and individuals to succeed in life. Based on medical research into effective communication, the SHIFT programme has established itself as a recognised course for professionals across the UAE.
